Attendees agree to behave in a respectful manner for the entire duration of their time at Squamish Vegan Festival.

There is no tolerance for prejudice or discrimination based on gender, race, age, physical ability, personal choices, or for any other reason, at Squamish Vegan Festival.

Squamish Vegan Festival reserves the right to remove anyone who is causing physical or emotional harm to any event attendees, volunteers, vendors, performers, practitioners, or staff.

Attendees agree to be personally responsible for their own experience at Squamish Vegan Festival. Please do not climb any structures.

When using the bleachers, slacklines, spacenets and hammocks, please be mindful and considerate of others around you. When using the bleachers, slacklines, spacenets and hammocks, you do so at your own risk.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children who use the bleachers, slacklines, spacenets and hammocks, are in the responsibility of their parent(s) or guardian(s).

Squamish Vegan Festival has no responsibility for any injuries that may arise from the use of the bleachers, slacklines, spacenets and hammocks at the event.

Squamish Vegan Festival reserves the right to restrict anyone from using the bleachers, slacklines, spacenets and hammocks if they are identified to be at risk of causing harm to themselves or others.

Squamish Vegan Festival reserves the right to restrict attendees from drinking if they are intoxicated, even if they have pre-purchased drink tickets. Safety is always our first priority. Attendees are responsible for monitoring their own alcoholic experiences to ensure that they can make use of any pre-purchased drink tickets. Squamish Vegan Festival will not refund any pre-purchased drink tickets lost because of intoxication.

Campers agree to be silent after midnight, out of respect for both nearby residents and for their fellow campers who want to sleep peacefully and enjoy a well-rested state the following day.

Your tickets are being purchased from Squamish Vegan Festival (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
